Do I need an appointment?
Not for repairs, sizing, batteries or cleaning during store hours. Custom design consultations and Sunday–Monday visits are by appointment.
How long does a ring resize take?
Usually two to three business days. Rings with stones all the way around may need longer; we'll tell you at drop-off.
Can you reuse the gold and stones from old jewelry?
Yes. Many custom pieces start from a customer's own gold and stones. Bring them in and we'll show you what's possible.
Is my jewelry insured while you have it?
Yes, pieces left with us are insured while in our care.
